Successfully meeting the affordable housing needs of South Florida residents, has been our focal point from the beginning! Our team was formed after a group of real estate agents felt powerless over the lack of FHA approved housing options, lack of available options for Housing Choice tenants, HUD FSS graduates & renters. By working with local governments and advocating for housing-related policies, we are able to make sure that everyone has a place to call home. The mission is simple. Our goals are simple. We seek to advise and improve outdated and antiquated programs and policies to directly increase home ownership possibilities! With our community partnerships, lenders, fundraisers and community-based CDIFs, we can truly acknowledge the failures. We then educate the community. We empower rental tenants to change the narrative for landlords & developers. The funds are here, the will is here, yet the crisis exists! Our team is passionate about creating a better future for everyone in South Florida and we know that homeownership is the fastest way to improve a family's financial well being! However, the average "affordable housing" tenant has attended workshops, attended seminars, holds a voucher and still struggles with taking the necessary steps to purchase a home!
As such, we enjoy working with local governments, housing agencies, down payment assistance programs, real estate developers and housing organizations to ensure that local citizens have realistic access to the resources!
