The cost of living increases in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach county are not unique. Housing affordability challenges are actually happening state-wide. In fact, recent media shows housing insecurity exists all over the United States. Advocating for our clients, attending networking events, coaching, hosting and joining meaningful Chambers of Commerce, CRA's and outreach groups helps our team access resources in a strategic manner. Our relationships with local organizations, housing counselors and elected officials ensures that we are current on ALL available grants, subsidies, First Time Homebuyer offerings and credit restoration options. Moreover, being outspoken community advocates, we maintain best practices, facilitate and improve services to the communities we serve.
